Hi, I’m Jullion Cooper, founder of PropertiesByJMC.
I started with one rental property and eventually built a portfolio across several states. Along the way, I learned that good investing isn’t about chasing what’s closest or most familiar. It’s about understanding the opportunity, the risks, the numbers, and the people responsible for executing the business plan.
That philosophy eventually led me from individual rental properties to apartment communities—and to building PropertiesByJMC for professionals who want their capital working beyond their careers without taking on another job as a landlord.
